Position overview

The UKI EP/NV Supply Chain Leader is responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain performance across the UK & Ireland cluster, ensuring strong alignment between global strategy and local execution.

This role acts as a key Supply Chain integrator and strategic partner to Commercial leadership, enabling customer-centric value creation, operational excellence, and business growth.

The position is accountable for service, inventory, cost and cash performance, while ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration and customer engagement.

Tasks & Responsibilities


* Lead and execute the end-to-end supply chain strategy for the UK & Ireland, ensuring alignment with global EP/NV priorities and delivering strong performance across service, cost, inventory, and cash.


* Partner with Commercial leadership to support growth through supply reliability, product launch readiness, deal enablement, and participation in tenders and customer interactions.


* Own customer service performance and customer experience, including monitoring KPIs (OTIF, fill rate, lead times) and driving corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.


* Drive cross-functional collaboration across Planning, Customer Service, Distribution & Transportation, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance.
