Senior Copy Generalist - Communications Lead

Work you'll do
As a Senior Copy Generalist on the Government & Public Services team, you will be responsible for:


* Developing strategic communications plans that align messaging, audience needs, program goals, and mission priorities


* Creating narrative frameworks, key messages, and executive-ready content for internal and external stakeholder audiences


* Advising leaders on crisis, issues, and reputational communications in time-sensitive or high-visibility situations


* Coordinating across government, legal, investigative, executive, and interagency stakeholders to align communications strategy and execution


* Translating complex operational information into clear recommendations, communication products, and performance-oriented reporting

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Affairs, Public Policy, English, Marketing, Business, or similar


* 4+ years of experience in strategic communications, executive communications, public affairs, content strategy, or crisis communications
