Work You'll Do

As a Project Consultant, Technical Transformation on the project, you will:


* Define, track, and report communications metrics aligned to audience and program objectives.


* Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports.


* Monitor media, stakeholder, and communications feedback to identify trends and narrative shifts.


* Conduct stakeholder analysis, program evaluation, and targeted communications research.


* Translate complex analysis into concise management insights and recommended actions.


* Document measurement frameworks, processes, assumptions, and repeatable methodologies.


* Support communications strategy, planning, content development, and continuous improvement.


* Collaborate with strategists, content producers, and program stakeholders to apply insights.
