Work You'll Do


* Support the development of cybersecurity strategies, operating models, maturity assessments, and multi-year transformation roadmaps.


* Assess current-state cybersecurity capabilities, processes, governance structures, and organizational readiness.


* Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement across cybersecurity programs.


* Translate federal cybersecurity requirements and industry frameworks into actionable recommendations and implementation plans.


* Support work related to governance, risk, and compliance; cybersecurity program management; enterprise risk; and performance management.


* Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, working sessions, and fact-finding activities.


* Develop executive briefings, decision materials, status reports, white papers, process documentation, and presentations.


* Analyze qualitative and quantitative information to develop findings, recommendations, and implementation priorities.


* Track project plans, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies.


* Collaborate with client stakeholders, technical specialists, project leadership, and cross-functional delivery teams.


* Contribute to quality assurance, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement activities.


* Support proposal development, internal knowledge sharing, and development of reusable cybersecurity approaches and assets.

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future


* Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
