Donor Success Officer This position is located onsite in College Station, Texas The Texas A&M Foundation is seeking a Donor Success Officer to help create the most gratifying gift experience in higher education.
This role serves as a trusted guide, relationship builder, and donor advocate, ensuring meaningful, personalized engagement that deepens trust, reinforces donor impact, and inspires lifelong philanthropy.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of donors and serve as a primary point of contact between donors and the Texas A&M Foundation.
You will cultivate authentic relationships through personalized outreach, stewardship, and engagement strategies that help donors understand the impact of their philanthropy while strengthening their connection to Texas A&M University.

As a Donor Success Officer, you will build and maintain meaningful relationships with donors while delivering exceptional service and stewardship.
In this role, you will: Develop and maintain meaningful engagement with assigned donors through phone calls, emails, direct mail, personalized videos, and other communication channels.
Utilize systems, data, and critical thinking to deliver personalized communication to donors through a structured engagement cadence.
Share content aligned with donor interests, giving history, and philanthropic intent to deepen donor connection to Texas A&M University.
Foster trust and long-term relationships between donors, Texas A&M University, and the Texas A&M Foundation.
Leverage donor events, campus experiences, tours, and other engagement opportunities to create personalized donor experiences.
Identify opportunities to elevate donor engagement and coordinate referrals to development officers when appropriate.
Maintain accurate donor records, contact reports, and engagement activities within Foundation CRM systems.
Partner closely with frontline fundraisers and colleagues across the Foundation to ensure an exceptional donor experience.
