About the Role

Oversee the design, configuration, and deployment of company data networks, ensuring the efficient operation of network systems, maximizing performance, and minimizing downtime.

The manager is responsible for diagnosing and resolving network issues, coordinating network access and usage, and researching new technologies to continually improve the network infrastructure.

Job Duties and Responsibilities 
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.

* Architect, implement, and maintain network solutions that provide core infrastructure, integrate with services and systems running in virtual, private, and public cloud infrastructure.


* Ensure that the network infrastructure is robust, secure, and capable of supporting the organization's needs.


* Communicate with the team to identify needs, monitor performance, and diagnose and resolve issues with network and systems.


* Provide project management for various network activities, including upgrades, implementations, and migrations, offering technical direction and user support as needed.


* Create, update, and maintain documentation of the environment and operational procedures.


* Create reports and documentation outlining findings and solutions.


* Partners with teams within the organization to resolve issues and work on future enhancements.


* Interviews, hires, and trains new staff.

Provides constructive and timely performance reviews.

Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

Skills and Qualifications


* Proficiency in designing, configuring, and deploying network systems.


* Ability to manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
