📋 What You Will Do
As a Dedicated Homecare Nurse, you will provide necessary nursing services in the safety and comfort of the patient's home.

Duties include:


* G-Tube Feedings: Administer scheduled nutritional support.


* Medication Administration: Give daily medications and nebulizer treatments.


* Seizure Monitoring: Maintain a watchful eye and provide proactive care.


* Daily Support: Assist with toileting and overall physical comfort.


* Documentation: Seamlessly document care on a provided tablet.


* Specialty Nursing Services may include Trach-Vent Care and IV infusions (experience required)


* Maintain CEU's required for licensure and homecare services

Requirements


* License: Active LPN or RN license with the NC BON or compact state.


* Experience: 1 year of LPN or RN experience within the last 3 years (RNs can also qualify with 1 year of past LPN experience within the last 3 years).


* Certification: Current, hands-on CPR Certification (In-person or hybrid courses only; 100% online courses cannot be accepted).


* Hiring Process: Willingness to complete standard online relias assessments, submit to drug screen and background check.
