Electrician/PLC Technician

Two Rivers Premium Oils Two Rivers Premium Oils is seeking a skilled and dependable Electrician / PLC Technician to support our industrial maintenance and automation systems.

This position is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, industrial machinery, and PLC-controlled equipment.

We are looking for someone with strong electrical troubleshooting skills, hands-on PLC experience, and the ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.

What You'll Do Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical equipment and control systems.Diagnose electrical issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, meters, and other testing equipment.Troubleshoot PLC-controlled machinery, including inputs, outputs, sensors, relays, and control circuits.Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLC logic as needed.Work with PLC platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar systems.Troubleshoot motors, VFDs, starters, contactors, relays, photo eyes, proximity sensors, and safety circuits.Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical and automated equipment.Assist with equipment installation, startup, commissioning, and upgrades.Troubleshoot control panels, HMIs, industrial networks, and automation systems.Work closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, and Production teams to minimize equipment downtime.Document maintenance activities, repairs, equipment issues, and corrective actions.Follow OSHA, NFPA 70E, lockout/tagout, and company electrical safety procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.
