Job Overview

This role provides leadership and accountability for the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) technology platform supporting R&D at DePuy Synthes.

The position plays a critical role in enabling compliant, efficient, and scalable product development by aligning PLM capabilities with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities


* Provide end‑to‑end ownership of the PLM technology platform, ensuring stable, secure, and compliant operations across the product lifecycle.



* Define and execute the PLM platform strategy and roadmap in alignment with R&D, Quality, and enterprise IT objectives.



* Partner with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain stakeholders to translate business needs into effective PLM solutions.



* Lead platform enhancements, system integrations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance and usability.



* Ensure PLM solutions meet global regulatory, quality, cybersecurity, and data governance requirements.
