This bonus is for currently certified lifeguards only.

Eligible certified lifeguards will receive $500 after 90 days of employment.

You can still apply!

Qualified applicants who are not currently certified may be eligible for FREE lifeguard certification training through the YMCA.

Candidates who receive certification through the YMCA are not eligible for the $500 certified lifeguard sign-on bonus unless they meet the requirement of having a current certification at the time of hire.
