Santa Rosa Hills Senior Living, an Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care senior living community, is seeking a friendly and service-oriented Server to provide an exceptional dining experience for our residents and guests.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for serving seniors.

This role is responsible for meal service, resident engagement during dining, table setup and maintenance, and ensuring our dining rooms consistently reflect Brightwaters high standards of hospitality and care.

Position Summary: Provide exceptional service to all residents, guests and coworkers by performing essential duties effectively and efficiently.

Serve meals to residents in an efficient, courteous and friendly manner, all the while holding up Brightwaters standard and expectations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain resident, employee, and community information in strict confidence (with community management or other employees as necessary).Responsibilities for Lunch and Dinner: Assure menu holders are clean, correct menu is in menu holders, and placed on table.Set tables for next meal.Assist with bussing tables after first course served and at end of meal.Clean and sanitize tables and chairs.Sanitize placemats and set on tables.Spot clean and vacuum carpet.Clean table and chair legs (monthly).Prepare server station for lunch and supper.Serve fresh bread in basket per assigned meal.

Serve lunch and dinner Greet residents (and visitors if applicable) at table before taking orders or serving.Politely and efficiently take meal orders and deliver them to kitchen.Assure adaptive equipment is present for residents who require it.Serve beverages, cereals, soups, salads, meals, and desserts.

Complete side duties, such as adding sugar and creamer packets, cleaning beverage center, etc.Perform housekeeping and laundry duties as assigned.
