The Role:

We are looking for a Commercial Excellence Manager to strengthen commercial effectiveness and help translate our Malaysia sales strategy into action.

In this role, you will work across Sales and Marketing to drive key commercial excellence processes, strengthen sales capabilities, improve business cadences and identify opportunities to make our ways of working more effective.

You will bring together strategy, data, processes and people to enable stronger commercial execution.

What will you do?

Drive Commercial Excellence


* Manage key Sales Incentive Plan processes, including target setting, cross-selling handshakes, performance monitoring and tabulation of sales achievements.


* Drive platforming and coverage campaigns to support commercial priorities.


* Strengthen Sales and Marketing alignment while identifying opportunities for greater automation and efficiency.

Turn Sales Strategy into Action


* Translate strategic objectives into clear operational plans and priorities.


* Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.


* Drive transformation initiatives across the sales organization.


* Coordinate the Annual Marketing & Sales Plan.


* Facilitate targeted account handshakes to strengthen execution across priority accounts.

Build Capabilities & Communities


* Strengthen commercial competencies through training and community-building initiatives.


* Drive Marketing Seminar and Community activities.


* Support EcoStruxure Sales Certification.


* Champion consultative selling, coaching and account planning capabilities.


* Build capabilities in areas such as Software and Sustainability.

Strengthen Business Cadence, Reporting & Tools


* Drive key commercial cadences including Quarterly Business Reviews and Pipeline Reviews.


* Analyze existing internal processes, identify areas for improvement and drive workflow enhancements.


* Develop, maintain and share regular and ad-hoc analyses with relevant stakeholders to enable informed business discussions and decisions.
