Position: MDS Coordinator
Location: Anderson, CA
Pay: Starting at $45.00/hour and up, depending on experience
Requirements:


* Current LVN or RN license in good standing


* Experience with MDS assessments and care planning preferred


* Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and reimbursement regulations


* Strong organizational and communication skills


* Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:


* Coordinate and complete MDS assessments accurately and timely


* Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations


* Develop and update resident care plans


* Collaborate with nursing, therapy, dietary, and social services departments


* Monitor documentation and reimbursement processes
