Job Title: Human Resources Generalist Location: Gainesville, GA Reports To: President/CFO Job Type: Full-time | Exempt Supports: Multiple entities within the Shorelifes portfolio Overview: The Human Resources Generalist provides day-to-day support across multiple HR functions for all entities within the portfolio.

This role helps ensure consistent processes, timely service, and compliance across the organization.

The Generalist works closely with the President/CFO, local managers, and Shared Services to handle employee relations, onboarding, benefits support, HR administration, and policy execution.

Scope of responsibilities may expand based on experience, demonstrated capability, and organizational needs.

Competencies: Employee relations support with sound judgment, professionalism, and confidentialityAbility to operate effectively across multiple entities and locationsRecruiting and onboarding coordination, including high-volume and hard-to-fill rolesStrong HR administration and documentation accuracy (HRIS, personnel files, compliance tracking)Working knowledge of benefits, leave administration, and compliance requirementsClear, effective communication with employees, managers, and shared services partnersStrong organization, follow-through, and ability to manage competing priorities Key Responsibilities Employee Relations & Support: Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and concerns across all assigned entities.

Support and assist Operations with employee relations issues including documentation, investigations, and follow-up actions.

Maintain a strong on-site presence and build professional relationships with teams and managers.

Recruitment & Onboarding: Partner with the Operations on recruiting needs across all entities, including job postings, applicant screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.Participate in job fairs, local hiring events, and community outreach efforts as part of broader recruiting initiatives.Build relationships with local colleges, technical schools, and workforce development programs to help grow ongoing talent pipelines.
