As a Zone Operations Lead, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting the E2E planning for the allocation and deployment of field resources in a highly dynamic environment.
* Develops and delivers training and education programs aimed at increasing the skill set of the Customer Service Coordinators, provides quality & process assurance oversight
* Performs CCC-Ops functions as staffing warrants and/or redistributing team daily workload based on staffing and volume in conjunction with Workforce Management.
* Ability to understand the situational leadership model and apply appropriately.
* Ability to proxy for managers in business processes and RSM interactions.
* Systematically applies statistical and/or logical techniques to describe and illustrate, condense, and recap, and evaluate data.
* Proactively seeks opportunities for improvements and may define and suggests strategies for implementation.
