Job Overview

This role serves as the technology product owner for Medical Affairs digital capabilities, partnering closely with Medical, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and R&D teams to deliver compliant, scalable, and user centered technology solutions.

The Manager, Technology Product Owner plays a critical role in translating Medical Affairs needs into prioritized product roadmaps, ensuring technology solutions support scientific engagement, evidence generation, and patient outcomes while meeting regulatory and quality standards.

This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of Medical Affairs technology and reports into the DePuy Synthes Technology organization.

Key Responsibilities



* Own and manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for Medical Affairs technology solutions, from strategy and roadmap through delivery and continuous improvement.


* Partner with Medical Affairs, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and IT stakeholders to translate business and scientific needs into clear product requirements and priorities.


* Define and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and success metrics aligned with organizational strategy and compliance requirements.


* Lead the application of AI, advanced analytics, and automation to modernize R&D platforms, accelerating product development, improving scientific and engineering insights, and strengthening end to end decision making while enabling scalable, compliant, and efficient R&D operations from discovery through lifecycle management.


* Lead prioritization decisions by balancing value, risk, compliance, cost, and technical feasibility.
