Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent to join the U.S.

Oncology Communications & Public Affairs team as a Senior Manager, Communications & Public Affairs, Hematology.

This hybrid role will be based in Horsham, Pennsylvania.

Our Oncology team is focused on eliminating cancer by advancing transformational science and delivering innovative therapies for patients with hematologic malignancies and solid tumors.

Across hematology, including multiple myeloma, our work spans established treatments, new indications, emerging assets and disease education initiatives that address unmet needs across the patient journey.

We are seeking a strategic, collaborative and highly motivated communications professional to help shape and complete U.S.

Oncology communications strategies that reinforce Johnson & Johnson's leadership in multiple myeloma and hematology.

The Senior Manager will lead integrated communications supporting portfolio landmarks, disease education, patient and caregiver storytelling, major U.S.

congresses, media relations and external engagement.

This work will help demonstrate the impact of our therapies on patients, support access and uptake, and strengthen Johnson & Johnson's leadership and reputation in Oncology and hematology.

This individual will collaborate with cross-functional partners and direct agency execution to deliver high-quality, integrated communications programs.

Key Responsibilities


* Develop and implement integrated communications and public affairs strategies for the current U.S.

hematology portfolio and future indications and product launches.


* Serve as the communications lead for assigned portfolio priorities, partnering with business leaders and cross-functional colleagues to support disease education, scientific and data milestones, regulatory decisions, approvals and launches.
