Job Description:

We're looking for an Analyst, Learning Delivery in Bogotá

The Analyst, Learning Delivery is responsible for the end-to-end execution of learning programs across operations and production.

The role handles program setup, scheduling, enrollment, participant support, learning system updates, and virtual and onsite production activities from pre-session planning through post-session completion.

The Analyst coordinates with facilitators, vendors, internal teams, and program stakeholders; resolves routine delivery issues; escalates risks and exceptions; and completes required activities to support consistent, high-quality learner experiences.

At this level, the role performs defined processes and raises exceptions to the Senior Analyst, Learning Delivery.

Program ownership sits with the Senior Analyst, and delivery decisions sit with the Senior Supervisor.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

As Analyst, Learning Delivery, your role will be to:



* Support the end-to-end execution of programs across operations and production by managing schedules, program and session setup, enrollment, communications, surveys, rosters, and system updates.


* Coordinate the production of virtual and onsite sessions, including venue setup and booking, technology, materials, catering, access, and local support, while working with facilitators, coaches, vendors, participants, and program teams.

Share confirmed session requirements with Learning Resource Management, which handles quotations, purchase orders, and payments.


* Support personalized learning and closed enrollments by managing intake requests, participant preparation, coach coordination, attendance, and post-program follow-up.


* Throughout each program, you will monitor enrollment, respond to participant needs, track attendance and completion records, and coordinate rescheduling or cancellations across systems and partners.
