Overview of the Role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Procurement CCPM, to support Capital Construction, Project Management & Capital Equipment expenditure in Schaffhausen, Switzerland.

This is a site-based role, and the Schaffhausen site is the only location for this posting.

The role provides procurement leadership across sourcing, supplier management, contract execution, value delivery, and operational excellence for Capital Construction and Project Management and Capital Equipment related CAPEX categories supporting site investment projects.

J&J continues to invest significant capital to build, expand, retrofit, and optimize assets across manufacturing sites, laboratories, distribution, and offices.

This role helps enable speed-to-market, supply chain excellence, and employee experience through market-leading safety, productivity, cost, and technology/innovation outcomes, supported by strategic supplier partnerships in Architecture, Engineering, Construction & Project Management, Commissioning, Qualification, Project Safety and Controls.

Collaboration and Delivery

The Manager, Procurement CCPM will work closely with Engineering & Property Services (E&PS) and Global Engineering Technology (GET), particularly Engineering Design, Project Delivery, Construction, and site engineering teams.

The role also partners with suppliers providing Architectural & Engineering (A&E), Construction Management (CM), Automation, and Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) services, as well as with local and regional business stakeholders, to support successful project delivery.
