We are searching for the best talent for Asset Management Engineer Co-Op to be in PR Anasco.
* The Co-op term is from January to December, 2027.
* Full time requirement (40 hours per week).
Purpose:
Support the optimization and management of spare parts inventory and storage systems within a regulated manufacturing environment.
This role will focus on improving inventory accuracy, material flow, storage organization, critical spare parts management, and maintenance processes to ensure equipment reliability, operational continuity, and cost efficiency.
You will be responsible for:
* Supporting the management and optimization of spare parts storage layouts, including space utilization, organization, identification, labeling, and material flow.
* Assisting with the development and maintenance of spare parts management processes, including procurement, receiving, storage, replenishment, and obsolescence management.
* Analyzing equipment and maintenance requirements to identify critical spare parts and appropriate inventory levels.
* Monitoring inventory parameters such as minimum/maximum levels, reorder points, safety stock, and critical spares.
* Maintaining accurate spare parts information within CMMS systems and supporting master data management activities.
* Performing inventory and data analysis to identify opportunities for optimization, reduce shortages, eliminate duplicate materials, and manage obsolete inventory.
