Job Description

The Value Stream Management (VSM) Intern will support strategic and operational activities related to end‑to‑end product and supply chain value streams.

This internship provides exposure to how product strategies are developed, executed, and monitored across the product lifecycle, while working closely with cross‑functional teams in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your assignment, you will:


* Support the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of the Value Stream Management (VSM) capability across MedTech


* Assist with the creation and maintenance of VSM standards, templates, playbooks, and guidance materials


* Support Product Strategy Roadmap (PSR) development activities, including data collection, consolidation, and documentation


* Help prepare dashboards, reports, and visual materials to support VSM Services Dashboard


* Contribute to VSM workshops, governance forums, and capability enablement activities


* Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve visibility, and strengthen VSM ways of working


* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Supply Chain, R&D, Commercial, Quality, Finance) to support E2E alignment and execution
