Molex, a Koch Company, is seeking Product Management Interns to join our teams this upcoming Summer 2027 in Lisle, IL and Minneapolis, MN!

The internship opportunity will be a 12-week program generally running from late May to mid-August 2027.

What You Will Do
* Partner with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to support the execution of strategic product and engineering initiatives.
* Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to help ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with business objectives.
* Analyze customer, market, and product performance data to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making.
* Support product roadmap planning by gathering requirements, documenting priorities, and assisting with project planning activities.
* Develop and maintain project documentation, dashboards, reports, and presentations for cross-functional teams and leadership.
* Facilitate communication between engineering, operations, and commercial teams to drive alignment and successful project outcomes.
* Participate in product development and continuous improvement initiatives, helping identify opportunities to create greater value for customers and the business.
* Present project updates, findings, and recommendations to team members and business stakeholders throughout the internship.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Enrolled in a STEM degree or alternative program (e.g., 2-year technical college program, certificate program, upskilling program, etc.)
* Eligible for full-time employment on or before Summer 2029
* Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
* Willing to work in-person at our Lisle, IL or Minneapolis, MN for the duration of the internship
* Demonstrated academic achievement and interest in engineering, manufacturing, technology, or related fields
