The Opportunity
As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will lead and develop a production team while driving performance in four key areas: Safety, Quality, Throughput, and Cost.

Working under the general supervision of the Senior Operations Manager, you will help create a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

This is an opportunity for a leader who enjoys being involved in daily operations, coaching employees, solving problems, and collaborating across departments to keep production running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
What You'll Do
Lead, Coach, and Develop Your Team


* Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and support to production employees.


* Build a positive, accountable work environment that encourages teamwork, trust, and employee engagement.


* Coach employees, provide constructive feedback, conduct performance reviews, and support training and development.


* Assist with hiring, personnel assignments, wage adjustments, and employee performance management within your area of responsibility.


* Empower team members to identify problems, develop solutions, and take ownership of their work.

Champion Safety and Quality


* Promote a zero-injury culture through employee involvement and continuous improvement.


* Support safety initiatives and identify opportunities to strengthen safe work practices.


* Ensure production activities follow established procedures, quality standards, and customer specifications.


* Monitor right-first-time performance and lead problem-solving efforts to reduce errors and improve results.

Drive Production and Operational Excellence


* Coordinate daily production activities to meet throughput, productivity, and on-time delivery goals.
