There is a place for you at Highland Rivers Behavioral Health!Highland Rivers provides treatment and recovery services to individuals impacted by mental illness; substance use disorders and intellectual developmental disabilities.Are you ready to make a Difference?JOB SUMMARY: Permanent Supportive Housing is a program that provides rental assistance and support services to adult heads of household living with severe and persistent mental illness and experiencing homelessnessDuties and Responsibilities include:


* • Provide 1:1 service for individuals on caseload, documenting all interactions in ECR

• Complete monthly apartment inspections, addressing any needed repairs within 30 days.

• Collect, compile, and submit data required for program evaluation and grant reporting under contract.

• Update GRID/MEIRs at least monthly.

• Maintaining accurate rent calculations (at least annually unless there's a change in income).

• Complete CONNECTs and treatment plans.

• Collect rent from individuals on caseload monthly, delivering payments to RRSS admin assistant.

• Assist individuals with purchasing needed items for apartments, scheduling maintenance as needed.

• Assisting individuals with linkage to appointments, recommending services as needed.

• Other duties as assigned.
