About You
In one of our manufacturing roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.
You will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work.

In this role, you will:
* Monitor palletizer equipment during operation to ensure consistent, safe, and efficient performance
* Keep palletizers running by responding to minor stops, jams, or misfeeds
* Assist with equipment set‑ups and changeovers according to production schedules
* Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments (e.g., clearing jams, resetting equipment, adjusting guides)
* Engage in activities that support normal operation conditions (e.g., centerlining checks, rounds, standard work)
* Load pallets, slip sheets, and other materials as required for production runs
* Conduct routine checks to verify pallet patterns, stack quality, and product stability
* Communicate equipment issues or repeated stoppages to leads, maintenance, or supervisors
* Follow all safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all time
* Maintain a clean and organized work area around palletizing equipment
