About the Work: As a Production Worker, youll help create custom lightweight conveyor belt solutions that meet our customers needs and specifications.

If youve worked in construction, automotive, landscaping, warehouses, flooring, carpentry, manufacturing, or other hands-on jobs, you may already have the skills needed to have a successful career here.

Your Day May Include: Measuring, cutting, assembling, and fabricating conveyor belts.

Using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.

Reading measurements and following customer specifications.

Installing mechanical fasteners and components.

Working independently and as part of a team to complete custom ordersNot all projects are exactly alike, which means youll continually build new skills and gain valuable manufacturing experience.

Available Shifts: 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM 5:00 PM Requirements: Legal authorization to work in the United States.Valid Drivers license.Ability to lift 50 pounds.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.Mechanical aptitude, a desire to learn, and ability to work independently.Willingness and ability to work up to 5 overtime hours per week, if needed.Experience making precise measurements and/or working in a production environment, a plus.
