Sr. Technical Finance Consultant

Work you'll do/Responsibilities


* Primar focus will be to support our Private Equity team across three core workstreams: commercial real estate (CRE) portfolio operations, cash and liquidity management, and private equity deal waterfall modeling.

This role requires strong technical finance skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while collaborating closely with deal teams, fund controllers, and senior leadership.

Qualifications

Required


* 5+ years of experience in private equity, real estate finance, fund accounting, or a related consulting/advisory role


* Strong understanding of private equity fund structures, waterfall mechanics (European and American models), and carried interest calculations


* Experience with cash management, treasury operations, or corporate liquidity forecasting


* Advanced Excel modeling skills (required); experience with VBA, Power Query, or similar tools a plus


* Familiarity with CRE asset classes and property-level financial reporting


* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
