Test Engineer Manager

Work you'll do/Responsibilities
* Lead ETL, AWS, and Databricks testing for government business initiatives, owning the Integrated Test Environment (INT) to maintain stable, efficient, and reliable testing operations.
* Validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, integrity, and reconciliation between source and target systems.
* Direct system, integration, regression, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing across complex data and cloud environments.
* Perform API testing using Postman and lead root cause analysis for defects through identification, resolution, and closure.
* Build and maintain test automation frameworks for ETL and cloud testing, improving test coverage, repeatability, and delivery speed.
* Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and measure the efficiency gains, cost savings, and business value delivered.
* Manage outsourced and offshore testing arrangements, including coordination, quality oversight, deliverable management, and performance tracking.
* Mentor QA team members and collaborate across a highly matrixed organization to align business analysts, developers, and data engineers on requirements, testing strategies, and quality standards.
