Work you'll do

As a Software Engineer II on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for:


* Configure, support, and troubleshoot API and system integrations using IBM DataPower, Microsoft BizTalk, and Azure Integration Services, including API Management, Logic Apps, and Service Bus


* Manage API connectivity, routing, authentication, authorization, TLS certificates, message transformation, endpoints, queues, and downstream dependencies across integration environments


* Troubleshoot infrastructure and production issues by analyzing network traffic, firewall logs, monitoring alerts, deployment failures, connectivity issues, performance issues, and integration errors


* Use Infrastructure as Code practices to provision, configure, standardize, and maintain infrastructure environments, while supporting network and firewall administration activities


* Support releases, modernization efforts, and operational readiness activities, including change management, environment transitions, patching, upgrades, incident escalation, root-cause analysis, and technical documentation
