You'll keep purchasing, receiving, and accounts payable on the same page by fixing PO pricing, handling ad hoc buys, and running down invoice problems until they're resolved.

What you'll do Catch and correct PO pricing errors against supplier agreements and quotesTrack open POs and work with suppliers on price, quantity, and delivery issuesSource and buy ad hoc items for operations, maintenance, and special projectsGet quotes, compare pricing and lead times, and process urgent POsInvestigate invoice discrepancies (freight, quantities, pricing, vendor billing errors) using BOLs, packing slips, and proof of deliveryBe the go-to person for Receiving and Accounts Payable on PO, shipment, and invoice questionsSupport month-end by making sure purchasing and receiving documents are completeReport on PO accuracy, supplier performance, and cost savings, and help improve the process
