We're looking for curious, sharp-eyed Full Self-Driving (FSD) Vehicle Test Operators to join a cutting-edge vehicle operations team.

You'll put driver-supervised ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) technology to the test in real-world ride-share scenarios, and your feedback will directly influence how this technology learns, improves, and eventually changes transportation for everyone.

This isn't a desk job, and it isn't just a driving job either.

You'll be the bridge between the vehicle's driving technology and the engineers building it.

You'll gather data on every ride, spot issues as they happen, and work directly with the engineering team to solve problems in real time.

What You'll Do


* Operate engineering vehicles equipped with supervised ADAS functionality, keeping passenger safety and comfort front and center


* Monitor system performance through construction zones, busy pedestrian areas, and heavy traffic, stepping in whenever needed to keep things safe


* Be the face of the rider experience: greet passengers, handle route adjustments, and answer questions along the way


* Gather information and data during every ride, capturing the high-quality feedback engineers rely on


* Work directly with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve technology issues in real time


* Run pre-shift readiness checks on software status, sensors, cleanliness, and general safety


* Write detailed daily drive reports documenting observations, anomalies, and issues


* Suggest process improvements that make data collection and the rider experience even better


* Travel domestically to support testing in new cities and weather conditions

What You Bring


* A valid CA driver's license (required)


* Sharp situational awareness.

* A detail-oriented mindset and genuine interest in technology and solving problems on the fly


* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English


* Tech-savvy with advanced PC skills (especially Microsoft Office Suite) and comfort using tools for data collection and troubleshooting


* Weekend availability as part of your regular schedule


* Comfort in a safety-sensitive role that may require drug testing in accordance with client policy and applicable law
