THE OPPORTUNITY Responsible for administering, coordinating, and continuously improving member engagement and volunteer leadership programs across the organization.

This position supports member programs and oversees processes related to committee governance, volunteer recruitment, onboarding, recognition, and progression through volunteer leadership pathways.

Working closely with staff across departments, the role helps ensure effective program delivery, strong volunteer stewardship, and a high-quality member experience that fosters engagement, belonging, and community.

You bring at least 3-5 years of customer service-related experience, ideally working with members and volunteers.

You are a strong, but diplomatic communicator with the ability to provide detailed verbal and written exchange with staff, members and volunteers across the globe.

You are able to balance multiple priorities, meet scheduled deadlines, and take ownership of specific operational projects from start to finish.
