Direct Support Professional

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Location:Sheboygan, Wi | Make a direct, meaningful impact every day by supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live safe, active, and independent lives in a comfortable home environment.

Key Responsibilities: Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with disabilities or other support needs.

Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, medication reminders, and household tasks as permitted.

Support clients with community activities, appointments, transportation, and social engagement.

Follow individualized care/support plans and safety procedures.

Document services provided, behaviors, incidents, and changes in condition.

Encourage independence, choice, dignity, and skill development.

Communicate with families, supervisors, nurses, and other care-team members.

Maintain confidentiality and follow applicable organizational and regulatory requirements.

Respond appropriately to emergencies and report concerns or incidents promptly.
