Position Summary

ALL Crane Rental of Alabama, located in Theodore, is seeking an experienced Accounting Associate with knowledge of basic accounting principles and solid general office skills to assist with processing both Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive Benefits package in a casual office environment.

Essential Functions


* Provide accurate and timely accounting support.


* Answer incoming telephone calls and provide excellent customer service


* Various administrative tasks and office support activities such as processing documents, faxing, filing and data entry.


* Ensure accurate tracking, monitoring and recording of all charges, records and other entries.


* Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.


* Coordinates with all levels of personnel to gather, analyze and summarize requested information.


* Work on additional projects as needed.


* Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience Requirements


* Must have solid general office skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.



* 2 years’ experience with both Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable are required.



* Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.



* Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and operate office equipment and technology.
