Mechanic – Preventative Maintenance 2nd Shift

JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for assisting in the maintenance and upkeep of the facility.

The2ndShiftMechanic Preventative Maintenanceassists in routine and preventative maintenance of all equipment within the facility, as well as general cleaning and upkeep of the facility itself.

The ideal candidate is well-rounded, with some exposure to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC as well as general facility maintenance.Theyare also a team player driven by pride intheirwork and smiles ontheircoworkersfaces.

Schedule: Full Time(Four 10 hour days) Sunday6:00am 4:30pm&Monday Wednesday2:30pm 1:00am Pay: $25 / Hour PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES Performs all duties in a safe manner, followingcompany rules and policiesPerform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs, troubleshooting & preventative maintenance as necessaryAssist in construction, preventative, routine, and breakdown maintenance and repairs on all equipment in the facilityMaintain inventory of repair equipment and suppliesComplete workorders asassignedWill develop a high level of knowledge concerning equipment in the facilityWill develop & maintain knowledge of the facilitysplumbing, electrical, irrigation, HVAC, and security systemsEnsure compliance with all company policies & required training (Safety, Quality, Regulations,etcPerform other maintenance duties as requestedHelp create a positive environment by having a positive attitude and by being self-motivated.Research, evaluate and adapt to new methods,in order tomeet or exceed goals, and or modify their technique/procedures based on all applicable laws JOB REQUIREMENTS Must be a minimum of 21 years of age2+years experiencein maintenance or similar positionpreferredKnowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical and general construction/carpentryHighly knowledgeable with hand and power toolsHighly motivated, self-directed, innovative, and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement, common sense and resourcefulnessAdapts and thrives in a demanding, start-up, fast-paced environmentMust understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the companyMust passany and allrequired pre-employment screeningsMust be and remain compliant withany andalllegal,companyorregulatory requirements for working in thecannabis industryMust be approved by state regulating agency to receive cannabis agent badgeFull knowledge of all applicable law, regulations, and requirements tokeep the facility at 100% compliance at alltime;thisincludes being up to date on any changes to current applicable laws/regulations PHYSICAL DEMANDS Ability to work onfeetMust be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance) AND must be able to do so safely with extreme care and cautionWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, talking, hearing, climbing, reaching, squatting, kneeling, crawling, seeing and repetitive motions PHYSICAL R...
