BANKING CENTER MANAGER I DEPARTMENT: Retail Banking

* REPORTS TO: Retail Market Operations Manager SUPERVISES: Branch Staff LOCATION: Evansville Region or Northern Region; Incumbent may be assigned and re-located to a branch within the Evansville Region or Northern Region as staffing and business initiatives dictate.

FLSA/STATUS: Exempt/Officer/Full-Time First Federal was established on Evansville, Indianas Westside in 1904 and is a community bank currently serving communities in the tri-state area with several branch locations in Posey, Vanderburgh, Henderson, Warrick, Daviess and Pike Counties.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Banking Center Manager is responsible for organizing and controlling the operational and sales activities of the Banking Center and staff.

Supports the portfolio growth by identifying cross-sell opportunities and works to minimize expenses to aid in branch profitability.

Fosters teamwork in the branch to ensure a positive employee and customer experience.

Provides ongoing feedback, coaching and support in order to develop appropriate operational and sales skills to Banking Center staff.

Establishes and maintain key relationships and business contacts within the community.

Will perform all related BSA functions.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelors Degree (Four year college or university) or two to four years of related experienceDemonstrated capability of increasing net revenue or branch profitabilityExperience with mortgage lending a plusDemonstrated capability of managing multiple staff and providing feedback and appropriate coaching techniques MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervises, evaluates and manages branch personnel activities on a regular basis.
