Spare Parts Orders Specialist

Ready to step up and lead warehouse operations from the floor? We're looking for a Team Lead who brings hands-on expertise and a passion for driving efficiency, safety, and team performance in a fast-paced distribution environment.

What will you do?


* Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, order preparation, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment


* Manage inventory control and stock rotation to maintain accuracy and optimize space utilization


* Lead your team to meet operational targets while ensuring compliance with safety, security, and procedural standards


* Identify process improvements and solve operational challenges to enhance efficiency and service quality

Required skills:


* Warehouse Management - intermediate level; coordinating daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and order accuracy


* Customer Orientation - intermediate level; ensuring fulfillment activities meet service expectations and delivery commitments


* Drives for Results - intermediate level; leading your team to achieve productivity and quality targets consistently


* Problem Solving - intermediate level; addressing operational issues quickly to minimize disruption


* Operational Health and Safety Management - intermediate level; maintaining a safe work environment through compliance and proactive hazard management


* Continuous Improvement - developing level; contributing ideas to streamline processes and reduce waste


* Change Management - developing level; supporting the rollout of new procedures and systems on the floor

Physical demands:


* PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is required; safety shoes and safety glasses must be worn on the production floor


* Work is performed in a Manufacturing Environment, where prolonged period(s) of standing is required for duration of shift.


* Requires the ability to reach overhead, pull, push, bend, squat, and climb a ladder to perform work.


* Ability to lift 26 pounds occasionally or 22 pounds independently and repetitively.
