Talent Acquisition Intern

What will you do:


* Support talent acquisition by coordinating candidate communications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records


* Assist with programs and employer branding activities


* Partner with HR Operations and Solutions teams to implement and deliver impactful HR programs aligned with business objectives


* Guide hiring managers on available tools and resources to enhance team performance and employee engagement


* Support HR data management, including maintaining accurate employee records and compiling HR information


* Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives that create meaningful employee experiences

What qualifications will make you successful:


* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in: Human Resource Management/Business Administration/Operations Management Or other related disciplines


* Available for internship in year 2026.

Minimum duration 3 Months


* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)


* Good analytical and problem-solving skills


* Strong organizational abilities with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail


* Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, team-oriented environment


* Comfort with technology and willingness to quickly adapt to new tools and systems


* Professional communication skills and genuine interest in creating positive employee experiences
