About the role

We are looking for a Digital Solutions Architect to design, deliver and evolve digital solutions across data, applications, platforms and integrations.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of meaningful digital initiatives from concept through to delivery.

You will work with colleagues across the organisation to understand business challenges, turn requirements into effective technical solutions and help embed digital capabilities that deliver measurable value.

You will have the scope to influence how technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric and Azure are applied across the business.

You will also support citizen developers, share your expertise and contribute to scalable, secure and sustainable ways of working.

What you'll be doing


* Designing and delivering digital solutions across applications, data and integrations


* Translating business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions


* Developing solutions using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric and Azure technologies


* Taking ownership of solutions or components throughout the development and delivery lifecycle


* Ensuring solutions are secure, maintainable and aligned with agreed standards and design patterns


* Working collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver measurable business value


* Supporting the adoption of digital tools, including low-code and automation solutions


* Identifying and managing risks relating to solution design, data and operations


* Making considered design decisions based on long-term scalability and business impact


* Creating reusable components, integrations and automation solutions where appropriate


* Supporting and training citizen developers to expand digital capability across the business


* Guiding colleagues in solution design and delivery while encouraging shared learning and continuous improvement


* Helping to develop standards and patterns that enable consistent, high-quality digital solutions
