Production Lead

The Production Lead I position is the process owner of a single line or area in production/packaging.

This individual has the skills and experience to manage a production line with all the processes involved.

This individual needs to ensure the correct flow of the production process, according with the product specifications and the internal SOPs, making sure all the necessary materials are available for the line prior starting a new product.

This position is accountable for the manufacturing KPIs in the line: Materials yield (fresh produce, ingredients, and packaging), line efficiency, product quality (including food safety) and personnel safety.
