About the Role

The Digital Platform Business Systems Analyst is the bridge between business needs and technical solutions.

This role focuses on understanding business processes and translating them into system requirements that IT teams can design and implement.

This role plays a key part implementing effective technology solutions to meet business objectives while supporting people, process, and technology transformation – ensuring alignment between organizational capabilities and digital platform strategy.

The BSA leverages strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address challenges and serves as a bridge between business operations and technology solutions.

* Support the organization’s strategic direction and digital platform roadmap by aligning business initiatives with organizational objectives and digital transformation strategies.


* Advance the maturity and optimization of digital capabilities across the organization.


* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions to understand business needs, challenges, and objectives.


* Elicit, analyze, document, and prioritize functional and technical requirements, translating business needs into detailed, actionable system requirements.


* Develop process flows, business cases, user stories, and supporting documentation.


* Analyze business processes, workflows, and operational challenges to identify inefficiencies, friction/pain points, risks, and improvement opportunities.
