Position Summary

Liberty Resources is seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to provide frontline technical support to employees across the organization.

The IT Support Specialist is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft 365 issues while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring technology systems support the agency's mission.

What You'll Do


* Provide in-person and remote technical support for computers, mobile devices, printers, and other technology.


* Troubleshoot and resolve helpdesk tickets, service requests, and user issues.


* Configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.


* Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.


* Assist with Windows 11 device provisioning using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.


* Support user account management, onboarding, offboarding, and access requests.


* Troubleshoot wired and wireless network connectivity issues.


* Assist users with communication and collaboration tools including Webex Calling.


* Document solutions, create knowledge resources, and maintain accurate support records.


* Escalate complex issues while providing clear communication and excellent customer service.

Qualifications


* Associate degree, specialized technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.


* Two to three years of help desk, desktop support, or IT support experience preferred.


* Experience supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications.


* Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


* Excellent customer service and communication abilities.


* Experience with Freshservice, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID is preferred.


* Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and wireless connectivity.


* Valid New York State driver's license and reliable transportation required.
