Senior Consultant, Salesforce Data 360 & Marketing AI

Deloitte's AM&C practice is looking for a Senior Consultant who can operate at the intersection of front-office strategy, Salesforce Data 360 architecture, and hands-on AI/engineering delivery.

This is not a traditional "oversee and present" consulting role.

You will lead client relationships and workstreams, and you'll stay close enough to the technology to configure, build, and troubleshoot alongside your team.

You should be equally comfortable running a steering committee conversation with a CMO and sitting in Data Cloud configuring identity resolution rules or tuning an Agentforce workflow.

You'll work on engagements where clients are consolidating fragmented customer data, standing up real-time segmentation and personalization, and introducing agentic AI into marketing, sales, and service operations.

They need someone who can translate what the business wants into what actually gets built.

Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant, you'll lead the design and delivery of data-driven customer experiences that help clients turn customer data into measurable business outcomes.

You'll combine client leadership, hands-on technical delivery, and team development across Salesforce Data 360 and connected marketing technology engagements.

You will:


* Lead discovery, solution design, and delivery for Salesforce Data 360 and connected marketing technology engagements.


* Partner with CMOs, marketing leaders, and sales and service operations teams to translate business priorities into scalable data and technology solutions.


* Architect and configure Data 360 capabilities, including data models, harmonization, identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation.


* Build integrations across Data 360, Marketing Cloud Engagement, Agentforce, and other front-office platforms-and stay hands-on enough to solve issues as they arise.


* Work directly in the technology, including SQL, APIs/integration patterns, and configuration tooling


* Bring AI and agentic use cases to life, including next-best action, predictive segmentation, and conversational experiences grounded in trusted customer data.


* Lead and develop consultants and engineers while contributing to proposals, reusable accelerators, delivery methods, and growth of the Data 360 practice.
