Work You'll Do

As a Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Organization, Workforce, & Change team, you will be responsible for...


* Providing senior human capital expertise to support cyber workforce optimization initiatives for a public sector client


* Supporting the stand-up and operationalization of the client's cyber talent initiative, including talent management processes, governance, and implementation planning


* Developing strategies for cyber talent recruiting, assessment, selection, retention, career management, and workforce sustainment aligned to mission requirements


* Conducting workforce planning, talent forecasting, and skills gap analyses; developing metrics, dashboards, analytics, executive briefings, and decision-support materials for senior leaders


* Coordinating with cyber training, operational, and talent management stakeholders to align workforce development, training modernization, career development, and organizational planning efforts


* Applying organizational design, change management, and workforce transformation practices to improve cyber workforce readiness, force generation, and long-term effectiveness
