About the Role

The Product Director, Market Development is a core member of the brand team accountable for developing and executing the Primary Care and market development strategy for ICOTYDE in Plaque Psoriasis (PsO).

This position reports to the Group Product Director, Customer Experience and Market Development.

Key Responsibilities:


* Identify opportunities where primary care serves as a disproportionate key stakeholder in PsO treatment initiation and develop a growth strategy that supports treatment earlier in a patient's PsO journey


* Customize brand messaging and lead the development of market expansion tactics that could include personal, non-personal, and medical education tactics


* Lead the deployment of current and future tele-health solutions


* Participate and actively provide inputs to cross-functional partners as it relates to launch strategy & tactical implementation, including but not limited to, Sales, Medical Affairs, Learning Excellence, Global, Insights, etc.


* Shape and participate in advisory boards, congresses and attend scientific sessions where needed.
