Job Overview

The Finance Manager, Transformation Office serves as a strategic finance partner to business and transformation leaders, providing financial leadership, performance insights, and decision support to accelerate business performance and transformation outcomes.

Reporting into the Director, Transformation within the DS International Business Controlling team, this role is responsible for leading financial planning, business case development, value realization tracking, and performance management across key transformation initiatives.

The Finance Manager will influence senior stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, and Program Management teams, ensuring transformation investments deliver sustainable business value.

Working within the Transformation Office, this individual will play a critical role in shaping strategic priorities, driving financial rigor, identifying value creation opportunities, and supporting the successful execution of transformational change across the organization.
