Position Summary

Manager, APAC, Healthcare Compliance, Performance Centre, Third Party Intermediary serves as an individual contributor and subject-matter expert within the centralized compliance operations of the Performance Center for ASPAC.

This role is responsible for executing due diligence assessments, supporting process optimization, and ensuring consistent application of compliance standards across all cases.

The  Manager provides expert guidance to HCC and business stakeholders, supports quality reviews, and contributes to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and methodologies related to TPI Lifecycle Management.

The role is key to ensuring high-quality, risk-based decision-making that aligns with company policies, anti-bribery/anti-corruption requirements, and regional compliance expectations.
