Position Summary:

The Manager, Contingent Labor Procurement, Americas will be responsible for managing approximately $200 million in spend for Johnson & Johnson Companies across HR services inclusive of Contingent Labor.

The spend is managed in close collaboration with the Director HR Service Procurement, Americas and the Global Category Team and requires collaboration with key stakeholders across all J&J sectors and functions to execute.

This role will plan and direct the organization's activities and deliver against targets for financial performance, quality, and service and compliance adherence, including corporate social responsibility.

The role will provide regional leadership in the Americas for executing against category strategies, leading the implementation of global category strategies, maintaining key business partner relationships and managing key supplier relationships.

Supplier Relationship management will be key here with our Tier 1 partnerships inclusive of driving accountabilities to our SLAs and KPIs as agreed upon in our contractual agreements.

This spend is highly complex in nature and requires a close collaboration with key stakeholders within the business to execute.
