We are searching for the best talent for Manufacturing Operation Co-Opto be in San Lorenzo, PR.



* The Co-op term is from January to December, 2027.


* Full time requirement (40 hours per week).

Purpose

The Process Engineering Co-Op will support the Operations team in the execution of engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role will contribute to process optimization, problem-solving activities, validation efforts, quality improvements, and manufacturing support while ensuring compliance with GMP, ISO, and company standards.

You will be responsible for:



* Supporting engineering projects and programs of low to medium complexity.


* Assisting with process optimization to improve output, throughput, equipment utilization, and waste reduction.


* Performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.


* Supporting continuous improvement projects focused on productivity and efficiency gains.


* Participating in Non-Conformance (NC) Quality Action activities from initiation through closure.


* Collaborating with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to meet operational objectives.


* Coordinating communications between site personnel and equipment suppliers or machine manufacturers.


* Supporting the development, execution, and documentation of equipment and process validations.


* Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and company policies.


* Assisting with capital and cost improvement projects.
