We are searching for the best talent for Senior Specialist Analytical Capabilities, located at either: Horsham, PA; Raritan, NJ or Titusville, NJ.

Purpose:

The Senior Specialist, Analytical Capabilities generates insights into Pharmacovigilance (PV) quality and compliance through proactive identification and analysis of key data points and compliance risks.

The role develops and enhances visualization and reporting solutions using tools such as Qlik, Tableau, and/or Power BI to improve how PV quality and compliance are monitored.

The Senior Specialist partners with Medical Safety Quality (MSQ) team members, business partners, and technology teams to understand requirements, deliver analytical solutions, improve process efficiency, and support more complex data integrations and reporting needs.

You will be responsible for:


* 60% - Analytical Solution Development
+ Develop and enhance reports, visualizations, and dashboards that strengthen PV quality and compliance monitoring and improve the efficiency of metrics generation.


* 10% - Training and User Support
+ Provide training and user support for data visualization tools, dashboards, and reports.


* 10% - Metrics Delivery
+ Support the production of routine metrics and ensure assigned deliverables are completed within established timelines.


* 5% - Documentation
+ Develop and maintain key metrics-related documentation, including SOPs, SLAs, compliance metric definitions, training materials, and knowledge resources.
